Cuyahoga County 14 - 24-year-olds can now register for the Summer and Year-Round Employment Program. SYEP finds subsidized and employer-paid jobs and internships for Cuyahoga County youth who need first-time work experiences to serve as a building block to future employment opportunities and an introduction to financial literacy.

2,700 Teens Hit The Pavement and Go to their Summer Job
On Monday, approximately 2,700 youth headed to work for the summer. Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) matches teens and young adults, 14-24 throughout Cuyahoga County, to meaningful summer jobs in the private, nonprofit and public sectors.
