Y.O.U. Board Member Theo Fielding, Manager of Data Analysis at Progressive, recently hosted Y.O.U. participants for an informational session and tour of Progressive Insurance at their Mayfield Village campus. JOG students and young adults in Y.O.U.'s Credential Training Program visited Progressive's Customer Care Department, met with Progressive executives, had lunch, and learned how to effectively complete the online employment application.

“I am very pleased with the way the day turned out.  The participants were engaged and asked
some very strong questions.  It was readily apparent who was out of school and actively looking for job or career opportunities.  I received two resumes from the group and appreciated even more that some came dressed to impress,” said Fielding.

Y.O.U. attendees also learned about the history of Progressive. During lunch the group was divided into smaller groups and paired with Progressive Executives. This time was designated for participants to ask questions and engage in intimate conversations. "It was great seeing how life in the workplace is. I got an inside view on what really goes on," said JOG student Sara Dylag.
